About the Desktop Virtualization Seminar series

This is a key event to align your company’s brand with leading independent expert content around desktop virtualization. Whether you are looking to address the audience, increase mindshare with prominent branding, or drive booth traffic; there is a sponsorship that will help you meet your initiatives while connecting with and influencing the purchasing plans of our audience comprised of IT managers/directors and professionals looking to successfully implement desktop virtualization technologies.

The difference is the audience
The Desktop Virtualization Seminar is a “qualified, non-paid” model that invites IT decision makers to attend. All applicants go through an extensive qualification process that admits only end users who are involved in the final purchasing decisions of IT hardware, software, and/or services with a company size of 100+. The seminar is free to everyone who meets the criteria, and those who apply and fall below our stringent criteria, are not allowed to pay for admission or attend. The qualification process starts approximately 6 weeks prior to the event and is managed by our internal marketing and delegate recruitment team. Our recruiters review each candidate’s registration to confirm that all their personal information is accurate. This detailed and protected process ensures that we obtain the most qualified IT end users at each show.
