About Matt Jeavons
IT and Business Architect, B2net
Matt Jeavons joined B2net in January 2008 as an IT and Business Architect to head up the company’s architecture and project management practices. Matt combines his strong technical and business knowledge to help B2net customers understand how they can benefit from closer alignment of the business with the IT infrastructure.
Matt is responsible for working with customers to architect solutions that demonstrate a true return on investment and ensure a match between business needs and choice of technology. Matt draws on his project and service management skills to identify the technology, resource and process changes required to successfully deliver business change.
Prior to B2net, Matt led the architecture team at Wolverhampton City Council. Matt joined the council in 1997 as Network Projects Manager, and enjoyed a successful ten years developing the Council’s project management and operations teams, with a focus on building a future-proof infrastructure capable of delivering the Council’s business transformation programme.
Matt has a first degree in economics and finance and a Masters degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Institute of Risk Management, the British Computer Society and the Association of Project Management, and is also a Chartered IT Professional. |
