A notice for public sector employees

Please Note: Representatives from both the private and public sector are welcome to attend the upcoming Information Integration & Governance Forum seminar, sponsored by IBM.

As the event sponsor, it is our (IBM's) responsibility to provide you with the following information.

There is no admission fee to participate in this event however, during the seminar, IBM shall provide a range of food/beverage refreshments and a prize giveaway ("amenities") which are outlined in detail below.

Lunch: $46.98 – $67.88
Parking: $3.50 – $10.27
Giveaway: $8.00
Total: $98.43 – $134.92

Given the ethics rules pertaining to public sector employees, we have outlined several options for you to consider and would ask that you determine the most suitable course of action appropriate for your organization.

Attendees may provide information to indicate that IBM may properly waive the fees associated with these Amenities (please note: you may need to review your ability to do so with your legal counsel or ethics official prior to registering).

Attendees may decline to partake of the event amenities provided by IBM and/or may bring their own supply of food/beverages to be consumed throughout the event as deemed necessary.

Attendees may pay the fair market value of these amenities by submitting payment to IBM via credit card in the value of $98.43-$134.92
