Gaining a competitive edge in today’s unstable environment demands that organizations shift their focus beyond traditional business automation to business optimization. To achieve this, IT strategies must also evolve to encompass an agenda that links information on demand capabilities to business performance objectives, capitalizing on new intelligence and innovative ways of consuming and delivering trusted information to business users.

People throughout organizations demand timely and contextually relevant access to accurate, trusted information to gain critical insight into financial risk, identify changes in market behavior, improve customer satisfaction and ensure maximum business impact.  Through the creation of an information agenda, as well as by taking advantage of novel approaches that can reduce IT time and cost burdens (e.g., cloud computing, enterprise mashups), organizations can optimize business performance.

Attend this forum to learn how to transform your company’s information into a strategic asset to optimize business performance.
