In this capacity Tom is responsible for accelerating the market understanding of IOD and its value proposition and how to realize the value. Value realization comes from helping clients to establish an Information Agenda – a strategy and roadmap for leveraging information for business optimization and competitive differentiation. Tom helps drive client adoption of IOD through a common approach to engage, qualify, propose and deliver value through IOD engagements and projects.

He is a focal point for IBM’s Information Management acquisition strategy, market/competitive intelligence, and cross-IBM coordination through the Leveraging Information and other marketing programs.
